We have adopted the European Baltic Region, as defined, as our area of operation because the environment of the countries in the region generates similar risks and the hundreds of years of shared history of these countries better defines the community of interests.
The areas in which we see an opportunity to fulfil our mission are:

• transport and logistics
• water resources for the economy and population
• distributed energy production and distribution
• supporting the implementation of civil defence systems in the entire scope of its mission under the law
• promoting risk awareness among children and young people.
